Being in peace with body, mind and soul is so much easier if the setting is right. In our beautiful Retreat Location just next to a peaceful beach section on the dream island Phuket you get the chance to restore with balancing Vinyasa Flows, Yin Yoga, Essential Oil treatments, Thai Massages and excellent food.
Fall in love with life again and restore in paradise.
We start each day with some breath work & meditation after we moved through a Vinyasa Flow at the beach or in our yoga shala. Treat yourself with a cooling dip in the sea or the pool before you get spoilt by a daily breakfast buffet at the resort restaurant located directly at the beach.
During the day you may enjoy treatments such as traditional Thai Massages (one included in the package), healthy detox juices by the pool or day trips around the island. In our workshops about holistic health you might learn about a natural lifestyle with essential oils, strengthening tools for your yoga workouts at home and self healing tools for your personal growth.
In the evening we sooth body & mind with a Yin Yoga practice that will calm your nervous system down and harmonize your meridians so your body is able to restore in its best way.
For dinner the resorts kitchen provides you a daily variation from its vegan menu. Extra desires from the restaurants menu can always be satisfied on your own costs.

Location
Phuket is Thailands biggest island, which has a direct connection to the mainland and is known to be one of the most popular holiday destinations in South East Asia, not only because of its paradise beaches but also because of its wellness treatments which have become more and more exclusive during the last years.
The Atmanjai Resort is located by a very calm beach section in Rawai. This part of the island has been more and more developed for tourism during the last decades tho it still is much calmer than the west coast of the island which is more known for its mainstream tourism.
If you directly get to our Retreat Location after your travels from home you would not even recognize that you are staying in one of the most touristically developed parts of Thailand. Enjoy the calmness of this peaceful place right at the beautiful Indian ocean while still having the option to explore the adventurous island life before or after the retreat.
In March the weather in Phuket is sunny and warm between 25-35°. We suggest to plan 2 weeks for your whole trip so you have some time before or after the retreat to enjoy the other beautiful beaches of Phuket or even a trip to one of the surrounded islands and national parks. Organization for this can also be made on site. With your booking you will receive a free Thailand Travel Guide, where you can find the perfect option for the rest of your holiday.
How to get there
From Europe you can get there easily by plane since Phuket has its own International Airport. From there it is about a 1 hour ride to our Retreat location in the South-East of the island. If you do need any support for your travel plans or you want us to organize a pick-up service for you don't hesitate to contact us.
